About the role

  • eCommerce Manager driving sales and P&L impact for Amazon business at Chamberlain Group. Collaborating with internal teams and managing Amazon account relationships for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and overall P&L impact for the Amazon business in alignment with business objectives
  • Manage day to day activities and relationship with Amazon retail to strengthen overall partnership and achieve mutual business goals
  • Forecast demand and budget to support joint business planning with the customer; identify logistical synergies
  • Partner with business unit teams, supply chain, channel, retail, and finance to ensure Chamberlain Group’s Amazon.com objectives are achieved
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities; conduct quarterly account presentation to internal and external senior leadership
  • Oversee Amazon.com business reporting; measure key metrics and KPIs to drive overall visibility into trends and areas of opportunity
  • Own and manage Amazon marketing budget and ensure ROI performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Amazon specific tactics into new product development, product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in eCommerce/Amazon account management
  • experience utilizing digital and eCommerce platforms (Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, Amazon Sponsor Ads/AMS)
  • vendor management experience
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of business financial analysis and P&L management
  • Strategic knowledge of Amazon/eCommerce retail landscape
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% - domestically and internationally, valid driver's license
