About the role

  • E-Commerce Manager overseeing all local D2C E-Commerce activities. Developing digital retail strategies aligned with corporate initiatives for Husqvarna.

Responsibilities

  • You take full responsibility for all local D2C e‑commerce activities in your region and ensure they are executed to best‑in‑class standards
  • You develop and implement a digital commerce strategy that aligns with the overarching corporate strategy and the DTC team’s overall business plans
  • You conduct assortment and demand planning for the markets reporting to you and optimize inventory across markets to maximize sales and profitability
  • You produce weekly and monthly reports and monitor category performance for digital commerce (revenue, margin, costs, etc.) as well as web KPIs (sessions, CR, AOV, etc.)
  • You set up campaigns and promotions in the relevant IT systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore, STEP, ERP systems, etc.)
  • You work closely with the performance marketing team to develop and implement industry‑leading digital campaigns focused on improving sales performance
  • You use data to build a deep understanding of our customers and their pain points, and design strategies to improve the omnichannel experience
  • You support customer service in resolving inquiries as part of 2nd‑line support where required

Requirements

  • A university degree in a relevant field (e‑commerce, digital marketing, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role—ideally at a brand or in retail
  • Experience with e‑commerce and CMS systems (knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sitecore is an advantage)
  • Strong interest in new technologies
  • Business‑level English; native German speaker
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A "can‑do" attitude to get things done
  • Creativity in developing new market‑launch concepts and finding successful solutions for us and our partners
  • Experience in personnel/people management
  • Openness and flexibility to change in a dynamic environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and a strong work ethic
