- Bringing Ideas to Life: Translate customer ideas and specifications into high-quality products.
Requirements
- Technical Background: Technical education or hands-on experience in flexible packaging with a focus on pouch making (retort applications is a plus).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (any additional language is considered a plus).
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects for validations of packaging materials effectively.
- Willingness to travel: Open to travel to customers and other CFlex plants.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a "can do" mentality, teamwork experience, and analytical thinking.
