Responsibilities
- Leading, focusing and prioritising a high performing product squad of Design, Data and Engineering team members towards a strategic goal
- Understanding user goals and expectations when coming to our marketplace, then working to build an industry leading customer experience
- Using your strong people and leadership skills to collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, operations, finance, engineering and data teams
- Understanding a complex regulatory environment across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors
- Balancing customer, engineering and commercial requirements to build a prioritised backlog and roadmap
- Testing both qualitative and quantitative hypotheses quickly, in order to iterate quickly and grow the business
- Storytelling your squad’s amazing product experience internally and externally
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a consumer SaaS, e-commerce or marketplace product
- Deep knowledge and understanding of analytics tools and reporting, with a proven track record of data driven decision making
- Comfortable in an agile environment, including working closely with engineering to groom backlogs and line up sprints
- Ability to take insights from strong stakeholders and bring them on a journey through to a well scoped and commercial outcome
- You enjoy talking to your customer and getting their insights and feedback
- You seek to understand the problem for the immediate customer as well as the implications to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with a regulated environment is a plus
