About the role

  • Compensation & Benefits Product Owner at dentsu focusing on Workday solutions and global alignment. Driving improvements in Compensation and Benefits processes through technological project management.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Compensation & Benefits within Workday
  • Support the business leadership to manage the technological elements of projects
  • Translate business requirements into functional design documents
  • Serve as the primary contact between HR/Rewards and Workday Global Business Platform
  • Lead configuration and enhancements in Compensation plans and Benefits eligibility
  • Support audits and compliance initiatives
  • Evaluate and implement new Workday features during biannual updates
  • Drive automation and process simplification

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in Workday
  • Subject Matter Expert for Workday Compensation & Benefits modules
  • At least one successful implementation of a Global Annual Salary Review process
  • Knowledge of payroll integrations
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks/JSOX
  • Experienced in gathering requirements, design, configuration, and testing of Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
