Responsibilities
Responsible for the product vision and strategy for HR management within our ERP system
Analyze market and customer requirements and derive improvements and new features
Prioritize requirements and maintain the product backlog in close coordination with stakeholders and the development team
Define user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development
Coordinate releases and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries
Collaborate with UX/UI, QA and DevOps to ensure usability and product stability
Act as the interface between customers, support, sales and development to collect and integrate feedback
Conduct reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar role
Solid knowledge of HR processes and ideally experience with ERP systems
Familiar with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and common tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to present complex topics clearly
High self-motivation, organizational talent and enjoyment of working in a cross-functional team
