About the role

  • Senior Portfolio Manager focusing on strategic IT systems projects. Collaborating across commercial, operational, and corporate areas at DC-DinsmoreCompass.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end demand management, ensuring organization, prioritization, monitoring and visibility of deliveries.
  • Contribute to defining policies, processes, SLAs and metrics, ensuring technological environment stability and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure standardization of documentation, traceability of deliveries, and proactive identification of risks and improvement opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Support maintenance and governance of the Project Portfolio by tracking status, performance, dependencies and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Perform administrative support activities for the PMO, including organizing documentation, preparing meetings, drafting minutes and following up on defined action plans.
  • Consolidate and produce executive reports and KPIs, supporting management decision-making by monitoring status, deadlines and realization of project benefits.
  • Manage and keep project documentation up to date, ensuring traceability, standardization and availability for future reference.
  • Support the deployment of directives defined in meeting minutes, ensuring appropriate communication and follow-up on the execution of agreed actions.
  • Assist in tracking project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and alignment with established plans.
  • Prepare analyses and diagnostics of the demand and project portfolio, identifying attention points, improvement opportunities and business impacts.
  • Support risk identification and in defining and tracking mitigation actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years proven experience managing systems projects and at least 5 years working in the structuring and operation of a project management office.
  • Previous experience in PMO, IT Governance or Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience in IT projects, operating in dynamic organizational environments.
  • Previous experience with tools: ServiceNow, Azure, Jira, SAP, Trello, Power BI and MS Project.
  • PMI-PMP and/or PMI-ACP and Scrum Master certification.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with agile, traditional (waterfall) or hybrid methodologies.
