Responsibilities
Analisar demandas encaminhadas ao suporte por clientes internos e externos, com o objetivo de solucionar problemas, esclarecer dúvidas e realizar o escalonamento adequado quando necessário
Prestar suporte aos clientes na utilização do sistema THEKE Registrar atendimentos realizados e pendentes por meio das ferramentas utilizadas pela empresa, assegurando o controle de chamados e horas dedicadas
Realizar o monitoramento das aplicações e acionar os responsáveis sempre que identificado algum incidente
Atender clientes de pequeno, médio e grande porte por telefone, e-mail e chat
Auxiliar na elaboração de documentação técnica, relatórios e outros artefatos, bem como contribuir com melhorias de processos
Requirements
Formação em Tecnologia da Informação (curso técnico ou graduação em andamento ou concluída)
Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de análise
Interesse em aprender e se desenvolver na área de suporte e tecnologia
Conhecimento básico em redes e protocolos de rede (FTP, SFTP, HTTP)
Sistema operacional Windows
Conhecimento na área financeira
