Be available to customers by phone and email

Independently work on various problems and IT issues

Requirements
Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent professional experience in the field; career changers welcome
Good knowledge of network and server environments
Strong service orientation and genuine interest in the role
Independent working style and open communication
Languages: German and English, both spoken and written
