About the role

  • First Level Support for Gastro Help Desk at Cecon Computer Systems GmbH. Engaging with clients to solve IT issues related to network, server, and software in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • You will strengthen our team in the Hospitality Service Desk / Help Desk
  • Be available to customers by phone and email
  • Handle IT topics in the areas of network, server, client, hardware and software
  • Document and triage/categorize support requests
  • Independently work on various problems and IT issues
  • Gain in-depth insight into a wide range of areas

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent professional experience in the field; career changers welcome
  • Good knowledge of network and server environments
  • Strong service orientation and genuine interest in the role
  • Independent working style and open communication
  • Languages: German and English, both spoken and written
