CRM Analyst at C&A developing and optimizing customer journeys and executing strategic campaigns. Collaborating across channels to improve customer experience and engagement metrics.
Responsibilities
Journey Strategy and Optimization: Plan, implement, and optimize CRM journeys across all stages of the funnel (acquisition, qualification, conversion, and retention), with a focus on performance, growth, and value generation.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience based on behavioral and business data.
Lead the full experimentation cycle (A/B and multivariate testing), identifying growth levers and scaling learnings.
Tactical Campaign Execution: Develop, manage, and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, RCS, and WhatsApp).
Collaborate with the creative team and external agency, producing clear, strategic briefings for the development of high-impact communications.
Ensure message consistency, personalization, and relevance of communications throughout the customer journey.
Data and Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, lift, ROI, among others).
Translate complex metrics and analyses into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the business.
Support data-driven decision-making using test learnings and campaign results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree – Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven 4–5 years of experience in CRM, Growth, or Planning, with hands-on work in journey strategies, automation, and results measurement.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys, RD Station, Braze, or similar.
Knowledge of A/B testing, basic statistics, and experimentation methodologies.
Strong understanding of key CRM and Growth metrics (engagement, conversion, LTV, churn, lift, ROI).
Ability to design, analyze, and optimize omnichannel journeys (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, etc.).
