Responsibilities
Develop and implement technology strategy for Construction accounts.
Translate the customer's feedback into a comprehensive technology strategy for key accounts.
Gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's business operations to recommend appropriate technological solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to drive sales.
Coordinate with CAT Customer Solutions Core Region and Commercial Technology Teams to expand technology sales.
Assist business and functional units in creating strategies based on customer feedback.
Enhance Construction Service Offerings for Customers.
Find opportunities to expand service options for Quarry accounts (e.g., Productivity Reporting, KPI clarification, & Safety Enhancements).
Collaborate with Cat Digital to develop new reports for quarry customers.
Promote Cat Command & Autonomy.
Work with key accounts on solution adoption.
Find use cases that drive positive outcomes for customers.
Drive collaboration to fully autonomous site planning.
Gain confidence in our early learning strategy with customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management for a services organization
Knowledge of Caterpillar Products and Applications preferred
Strong Drive and Organizational Capabilities
Experience in the Construction Industry preferred
Power BI experience a plus
