About the role

  • Sales Representative developing and executing sales strategies for SaaS solutions. Engaging with customers in the accounting industry to drive sales and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing customers.
  • Handle customer relations and provide sales reports.
  • Prepare a “yearly wheel” for sales and customer contact.
  • Do sales meetings and product presentations.
  • Building and maintaining the sales pipeline.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into successful sales.
  • Prepare offers and contracts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Planning and implementation of sales promotion.
  • Attend relevant industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and network with potential customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that sales targets are achieved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability and desire to get to know the accounting profession and understand clients’ needs. Preferably relevant experience from the accounting industry or Fintech, but not required.
  • Can demonstrate a structured approach to new markets and customers and devise new business models.
  • Has at least 4-5 years of experience and success in selling SaaS solutions to professional customers.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • The corporate language is English.
  • Curious and listening and good at understanding customers' needs.
  • Good at communicating precisely and professionally.
  • Good at building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Thinks in terms of growth and value creation.
  • Good at having many balls in the air and executing.
  • Can familiarize himself with complex problems and translate them into solutions.
  • Analytical and thinks strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
