About the role

  • Publishers Account Manager responsible for client relationships and revenue growth at Cafeyn. Overseeing onboarding, deployments, and optimizing account management processes within hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Join the Sales team and report to the miLibris Director
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth within the current client base
  • Manage onboarding, deployment, and product evolution phases with clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Standardize and optimize account management processes for consistency and efficiency
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and implement innovative strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B account management experience in media, publishing, SaaS, or digital solutions for publishers
  • Strong understanding of publishers’ business challenges: digital distribution, subscriptions, revenue models, and editorial/technical constraints
  • Proven experience managing client portfolios, securing contract renewals, and driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities
  • Experienced in managing onboarding and product deployments, working closely with product, technical, and support teams
  • Excellent customer service orientation, operational rigor, and strong quality focus
  • Strong communication skills, able to build long-term, trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Autonomous, structured, reliable, and results-oriented with full responsibility for assigned client portfolios
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory
