About the role

  • Relationship Manager supporting business owners in the NY Metro to leverage Capital One's products for growth and optimization. Engage through consultative selling and relationship building within the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Grow customer purchase volume in your assigned territory
  • Conduct outreach to business owners to set appointments
  • Assess needs of current customers using a consultative approach
  • Drive existing account engagement
  • Educate customers on the Capital One value proposition and solutions to benefit their businesses

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of outside customer sales experience as an individual contributor, driving new acquisition and managing a client portfolio
  • 1 year of experience working with Small Businesses Customers
  • 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency using Google Suite
