Responsibilities
Grow customer purchase volume in your assigned territory
Conduct outreach to business owners to set appointments
Assess needs of current customers using a consultative approach
Drive existing account engagement
Educate customers on the Capital One value proposition and solutions to benefit their businesses
Requirements
At least 3 years of sales experience
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of outside customer sales experience as an individual contributor, driving new acquisition and managing a client portfolio
1 year of experience working with Small Businesses Customers
1 year of experience in the financial services industry
Proficiency using Salesforce.com
Proficiency using Google Suite
