About the role

  • Relationship Manager providing exceptional client experience in Business Banking. Supporting business clients with financial solutions and building relationships to deepen CIBC's client loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Centres of Influence (COIs) to generate referrals
  • Connect with clients to identify opportunities for full relationships
  • Participate in community events to build CIBC presence
  • Proactively manage and grow a sales pipeline of business banking opportunities
  • Engage with clients to understand financial needs and provide solutions
  • Support existing clients and seek new client acquisition through referrals
  • Attend local events to heighten CIBC brand awareness

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking
  • Strong knowledge of credit, cash management products and services
  • Knowledge of business cash flow and financial analysis
  • Completed an undergraduate degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
