About the role

  • As a Business Development Manager at Carwow, you'll drive growth through partnerships in the automotive sector. Build relationships and enhance market presence with B2B strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and Conquer: Identify and secure new business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships with key automotive retailers.
  • Build and Maintain: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, working closely with our Customer Success team to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Partner with our OEM and B2B teams to position carwow as the preferred choice for automotive retailers.
  • Persuade and Close: Deliver compelling presentations to C-suite executives, articulating our value proposition and securing buy-in.
  • Drive Efficiency: Optimize our sales processes through data analysis and CRM management.
  • Contribute to Growth: Provide valuable insights to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales. Ideally, this experience will have been gained in the automotive or SaaS environments
  • A hunter mentality and a passion for new business development
  • Team-player that has a desire to help grow a high-performing team that exhibits the Carwow culture
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • First-class organisational ability, including CRM system management
