About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sales support & customer service
  • Project work in collaboration with VB/VPI
  • Telephone and face-to-face customer consulting
  • Representing the field sales team within a defined scope
  • Support for target, win-back and potential customers
  • Carrying out sales activities

Requirements

  • Knowledge of heating, combustion/burner, controls, refrigeration and ventilation technology
  • Sales-related and business management knowledge
  • Experience in customer service
  • Good IT/computer skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
