About the role
- Sr Manager leading contract operations for membership activities at Fresenius Kabi. Responsible for team oversight, strategic direction, and collaboration with internal business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide strategic oversight of all membership-related activities
- Direct the administration and governance of pricing relationships, membership rosters, and contract eligibility
- Oversee the resolution of chargeback discrepancies
- Partner with Contracting and Legal teams to influence and support membership-related terms
- Serve as an escalation point for complex account issues
- Lead, develop, and manage team performance
- Provide leadership and oversight of internal and external audit activities
- Maintain strategic relationships with wholesalers
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across departments
- Oversee 340B program activities
- Serve as the primary external contact for membership-related inquiries
- Develop and communicate membership-related updates and insights
- Drive project execution by managing timelines and tracking deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of related experience (Healthcare or related industry i.e., Med Tech, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical highly preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience leading teams required
- Strong analytical capabilities with effective use of data tools and techniques
- Demonstrated achievement of building strong working relationships with internal departments and external customers
- Intermediate to advance skillset with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other database/ERP concepts (i.e., SAP, Salesforce.com)
- Ability to travel to attend meetings/trainings/programs/customer visits (approximately 5-10%)
