Sr Manager leading contract operations for membership activities at Fresenius Kabi. Responsible for team oversight, strategic direction, and collaboration with internal business functions.
Responsibilities
Lead and provide strategic oversight of all membership-related activities
Direct the administration and governance of pricing relationships, membership rosters, and contract eligibility
Oversee the resolution of chargeback discrepancies
Partner with Contracting and Legal teams to influence and support membership-related terms
Serve as an escalation point for complex account issues
Lead, develop, and manage team performance
Provide leadership and oversight of internal and external audit activities
Maintain strategic relationships with wholesalers
Facilitate cross-functional alignment across departments
Oversee 340B program activities
Serve as the primary external contact for membership-related inquiries
Develop and communicate membership-related updates and insights
Drive project execution by managing timelines and tracking deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of related experience (Healthcare or related industry i.e., Med Tech, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical highly preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of management experience leading teams required
Strong analytical capabilities with effective use of data tools and techniques
Demonstrated achievement of building strong working relationships with internal departments and external customers
Intermediate to advance skillset with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other database/ERP concepts (i.e., SAP, Salesforce.com)
Ability to travel to attend meetings/trainings/programs/customer visits (approximately 5-10%)
