About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing moderately complex administrative and clerical support in Food Enterprise at Cargill. Coordinating various administrative functions and handling customer support issues under supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide moderately complex, varied to routine administrative and clerical support
  • Coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions
  • Apply knowledge of timecard and payroll verification, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes
  • Coordinate and lead engagement team activities
  • Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems
  • Receive and relay messages and respond to varied and routine administrative requests
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience using UKG Payroll experience
