HR Business Partner supporting two Cocoa & Chocolate manufacturing facilities and retail store. Accountable for plant culture, engagement, and HR processes at the Lititz, PA location.
Responsibilities
Supports two Cocoa & Chocolate manufacturing facilities, a retail store and corresponding Cocoa & Chocolate warehouse
Alternative presence with nearby facility in Mount Joy, PA
Accountable for plant culture through delivery of moderately complex people processes focused on people and culture strategy
Implements solutions to improve performance and engagement, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities
Leverages data and analyzes metrics to drive purposeful actions.
Provides human resources support to plant supervisors and employees
Acts as the first point of contact for human resources related questions
Onboards new employees, triages grievance matters, supports leave management, workforce investigations and manages on-site audits
Partners with key leaders on execution of local people and culture plans
Implements HR operational processes including employee or labor relations and compliance
Requirements
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel between Lititz and Mount Joy, PA (approximate 25 min drive time) on a regular basis
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably 3+ years
Strong understanding of federal state and local employment laws.
Experience collaborating in a matrix environment in partnership with HR COEs, HR Operations, HRBPs, Plant Operations teams and business teams.
