Responsibilities
Be the first line of support for employees, acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries such as policies and benefits
Support the end-to-end employment journey from pre-boarding to offboarding, including maintaining HR systems, organizing employee records, and assisting with HR reporting
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations
Support the KL site lead in fostering a positive and engaging work environment for the KL team
Assist in the implementation and rollout of people programs and initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, and other departments to support people-related processes and projects
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role, preferably in a fast-paced and growing environment; exposure to improving or supporting operational processes is a plus
Language:** Fluent in English and Chinese to support global stakeholders.**
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proactive and reliable, with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks and improvements
Adaptable to change, with respect for different work styles, and able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment in the APAC region is a plus
