  • Customer Care Specialist I assisting members and providers with routine service inquiries for a Mississippi-based health plan. Ensuring compliance and maintaining quality service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members/beneficiaries or providers with routine service inquiries
  • Resolve member/beneficiaries or provider routine service inquiries like claims processing and eligibility inquiries
  • Ensure all HIPAA, State and/or Federal requirements/regulations are always adhered to
  • Build and strengthen member or provider relationships by providing quality customer service
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all communications

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Two (2) years customer service experience is preferred
  • Customer Service experience in a call center is preferred
