Responsibilities
Assist in all Employee related activities from Hire to Retire and provide daily HR Operations support
Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Contribute to organizational development and change management efforts
Participate in performance management and learning & development programs
Collaborate with HR leaders on strategic projects and process improvements
Requirements
Final-semester or recently graduated bachelor's student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited institution
Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
Knowledge and first experience in HR Systems (HRIS): Snow, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, ZUS PUE or similar
At least general/basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law, PPK, ZFŚS
Advanced English proficiency (B2)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical thinking and attention to detail
Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset.
