About the role

  • Intern providing HR administrative support at Honeywell, collaborating on HR functions and projects in Krakow. Engaging in various HR disciplines in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all Employee related activities from Hire to Retire and provide daily HR Operations support
  • Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to organizational development and change management efforts
  • Participate in performance management and learning & development programs
  • Collaborate with HR leaders on strategic projects and process improvements

Requirements

  • Final-semester or recently graduated bachelor's student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited institution
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Knowledge and first experience in HR Systems (HRIS): Snow, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, ZUS PUE or similar
  • At least general/basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law, PPK, ZFŚS
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Naturally curious and a proactive problem solver, approaching tasks with a methodical and consistent mindset.
