About the role

  • Global Real Estate Manager responsible for managing Honeywell's real estate portfolio worldwide. Driving strategic decisions and ensuring efficient utilization of space in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for running real estate strategies and scenario analysis and evaluating opportunities such as consolidations, relocations, lease vs buy, acquisitions and divestments
  • Manage and lead transaction management, including lease administration, renewals, negotiations, and optimization scenarios (renew/relocate/consolidate/sell/buy).
  • Manage and lead external brokers, third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders (legal, procurement, HSE, tax etc.) to develop and coordinate executable real estate strategies
  • Ensure that all real estate actions deliver optimal cost, performance, and workplace quality.
  • Develop and lead communication to senior leadership to establish business requirements & determine real estate strategies and report out on progress.
  • Build relationships and develop deep partnerships with key business leaders and external partners in the region.
  • Manage data integrity, portfolio analysis and adopt best practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, engineering, finance, business or related field
  • 6+ years of corporate real estate experience, including project management
  • Significant experience with managing a diverse real estate portfolio
  • Ability to lead highly complex projects across regions with strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills with senior management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modelling and real estate financial analysis (i.e. Net Present Value, Payback, IRR, etc)
  • Project management skills are an advantage
  • Willingness for travel – anticipated 25-50% of time
