Global Real Estate Manager responsible for managing Honeywell's real estate portfolio worldwide. Driving strategic decisions and ensuring efficient utilization of space in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for running real estate strategies and scenario analysis and evaluating opportunities such as consolidations, relocations, lease vs buy, acquisitions and divestments
Manage and lead transaction management, including lease administration, renewals, negotiations, and optimization scenarios (renew/relocate/consolidate/sell/buy).
Manage and lead external brokers, third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders (legal, procurement, HSE, tax etc.) to develop and coordinate executable real estate strategies
Ensure that all real estate actions deliver optimal cost, performance, and workplace quality.
Develop and lead communication to senior leadership to establish business requirements & determine real estate strategies and report out on progress.
Build relationships and develop deep partnerships with key business leaders and external partners in the region.
Manage data integrity, portfolio analysis and adopt best practice
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, engineering, finance, business or related field
6+ years of corporate real estate experience, including project management
Significant experience with managing a diverse real estate portfolio
Ability to lead highly complex projects across regions with strong sense of ownership
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills with senior management
Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modelling and real estate financial analysis (i.e. Net Present Value, Payback, IRR, etc)
Project management skills are an advantage
Willingness for travel – anticipated 25-50% of time
