About the role

  • Customer Manager responsible for managing Grocery accounts to unlock profitable growth. Leading account strategies and building relationships across key stakeholders in a family-owned company.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve business objectives by building highly effective customer relationships that drives mutual growth thru assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion.
  • Leads projects across the immediate Grocery team as well as alongside cross functional teams to identify opportunities and collaborate on solutions.
  • Owns and manages the development of the financial forecast to deliver annual company objectives.
  • Leverages complex data sources to improve decision quality, as well as influence internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years with customer/account manager or analyst experience, including direct customer interaction.
  • Successful experience building collaborative relationships within immediate team and across key stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand complex data sources to develop and influence customer strategies.
