Responsibilities
Shape the customer experience strategy and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Support technical requests from customers to optimize experience programs.
Report to META Region Director of Customer Experience.
Collaborate to impact customer satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements
8-10 years of proven experience in customer experience program management or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/drafting tools.
Proven experience in fire suppression system design, including the use of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design software.
Strong knowledge/familiarity with international standards (NFPA, FM, UL, EN, IEC, ATEX – as applicable).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Data Centers, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Arabic is a plus.
Experience in Suppression systems Certification tests is a plus
