About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape the customer experience strategy and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support technical requests from customers to optimize experience programs.
  • Report to META Region Director of Customer Experience.
  • Collaborate to impact customer satisfaction and revenue.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in customer experience program management or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/drafting tools.
  • Proven experience in fire suppression system design, including the use of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering design software.
  • Strong knowledge/familiarity with international standards (NFPA, FM, UL, EN, IEC, ATEX – as applicable).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Data Centers, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience in Suppression systems Certification tests is a plus
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
