Responsibilities
Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate the distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders, tracking revisions and ensuring timely feedback.
Document versions to ensure all team members have access to the most up-to-date information.
Utilize and maintain document control systems to ensure secure and efficient storage of records.
Ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements, industry regulations, and quality management policies.
Continuously review and improve document control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Provide training and guidance to project teams and stakeholders on document control procedures.
Generate regular reports on document status, outstanding approvals, and compliance metrics for project managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in document control or records management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred
Must have Aconex Software experience
Strong knowledge of document control principles, standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in document control software and systems.
Preferable experience within the portfolio of projects.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
