Sales Manager managing territory activities and promoting Patient Care products. Requires client-focused approach and medical sector experience.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and managing all activities within your territory
Your mission will be to promote and sell the “Patient Care” product range directly, in accordance with the company’s directives and strategy
Present, promote and sell the innovative Patient Care products during daily visits to clients in your assigned territory
Advise customers in selecting the products best suited to their needs
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers and develop new potential clients
Identify and resolve any issues encountered by customers
Facilitate the resolution of customer problems or complaints
Identify tender opportunities, prepare submissions and respond within established deadlines
Timely preparation of reports on customers, issues and quantitative analyses
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and divisional teams to define and implement the best product promotion strategy
Use the company’s resources and tools effectively to ensure commercial targets are met
Respect and comply with the general policy of Medline International’s Code of Conduct.
Requirements
You are strongly customer-oriented, with high curiosity and a taste for challenge
Knowledge of medical decision-making processes and tender strategies is an asset for success in this role
Your interpersonal skills are well recognized, along with your ability to argue and persuade interlocutors
You hold a degree from a business school with proven experience in the medical sector, OR you are a trained nurse with experience in intensive care/critical care and a marked commercial aptitude
Proficient with IT tools (primarily Microsoft Office)
A good level of English is required
Frequent travel within the territory is to be expected.
