About the role

  • Business Development Representative generating leads for e-commerce partnerships at InPost. Fast-paced role in a hybrid business model within logistics and retail.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact e-commerce retailers and omnichannel brands to promote the commercial benefits of partnering with InPost
  • Identify, research, and engage relevant decision-makers within retail organisations
  • Clearly communicates the value of InPost’s delivery and returns solutions in driving customer satisfaction, conversion, and operational efficiency
  • Pre-qualify new business leads and partnership opportunities
  • Book high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers
  • Work to activity, pipeline, and appointment-setting targets
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual KPIs
  • Collect, manage, and maintain accurate new business and prospect data
  • Create, manage, and update opportunities and appointments within the CRM system

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a telesales or lead generation sales role in Retail, ecommerce or Fintech
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Understanding of e-commerce or retail commercial models
  • Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Drive and determination to succeed in a commercial sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident phone manner
  • Outgoing, engaging personality with a genuine interest in e-commerce, retail, and technology-led solutions
  • Target-driven, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and energetic approach to work
  • Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. retail, hospitality, leisure, customer service, or sales)
