Responsibilities
Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiation and close.
Help shape our UK go-to-market approach by sharing insights from the field.
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations and Customer Success teams.
Report directly to the General Manager – GTM & Partnerships (UKI).
Work alongside a Senior BDM in a startup phase.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience running your own portfolio of prospects and deals from first contact to close.
Confidence in outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, events).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
A data-driven mindset – you use metrics to guide your decisions.
Familiarity with the construction or construction-tech industry (bonus, not essential).
Experience working in a small or start-up environment, where you’re comfortable being resourceful, adapting quickly, and making things happen without lots of structure or support in place.
