About the role

  • CRM Specialist developing and executing omnichannel marketing automation campaigns for a multi-asset broker. Focused on client acquisition and retention with data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns aligned with client lifecycle stages and business objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and implement the overall CRM strategy.
  • Design and build multi-stage, omnichannel journeys focused on conversion, retention, reactivation, onboarding, education, and loyalty.
  • Use behavioural and trading data to deliver personalised, contextually relevant communications.
  • Localise customer journeys based on market and regional insights.
  • Create dynamic segmentation journeys leveraging trading behaviours, demographics, psychographics, and platform interactions.
  • Utilise dynamic content and conditional logic for advanced personalisation.
  • Responsible for end-to-end setup and management of journeys using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Optimove, Solitics, or similar.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimise CRM platforms and data structures to ensure scalability, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Partner with CRM, Content, Design, Product, and Analytics teams to align messaging, timing, and targeting.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, engagement metrics, and user behaviour.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across journeys, content, and messaging to enhance ROI and client experience.
  • Continuously optimise lifecycle journeys to reduce time-to-value, increase activation, and strengthen retention.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance reports linking CRM activity to business KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience with a proven track record of building and launching omnichannel marketing automation campaigns within the Forex industry.
  • Deep understanding of client behaviour, regulatory requirements, and industry dynamics, is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of client lifecycle marketing, personalisation, segmentation, and data-driven CRM strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Solitics, Optimove, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and experience in A/B testing.
  • Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
