Customer Success Manager supporting customer onboarding and engagement for top clients in IT. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer relationships and implement success strategies.
Responsibilities
Onboarding of new customers, including analysis of development and growth potential together with the responsible Account Management team
Proactive customer communication, e.g., conducting regular check-ins and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our solutions
Development and implementation of individual success plans to secure long-term customer retention
Close collaboration with vendors to stay up to date on products and solutions and to share insights with internal teams
Internal and external stakeholder management with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and management levels
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training with relevant further qualifications, or a degree in business administration (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)
Several years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management or project management — ideally within a corporate IT environment
Experience working with Cisco Systems and other vendors
Desirable: Certification as a "Cisco Customer Success Manager"
Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
Fluent German, good English skills
