About the role

  • Customer Success Manager supporting customer onboarding and engagement for top clients in IT. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer relationships and implement success strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new customers, including analysis of development and growth potential together with the responsible Account Management team
  • Proactive customer communication, e.g., conducting regular check-ins and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our solutions
  • Development and implementation of individual success plans to secure long-term customer retention
  • Close collaboration with vendors to stay up to date on products and solutions and to share insights with internal teams
  • Internal and external stakeholder management with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and management levels

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with relevant further qualifications, or a degree in business administration (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)
  • Several years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management or project management — ideally within a corporate IT environment
  • Experience working with Cisco Systems and other vendors
  • Desirable: Certification as a "Cisco Customer Success Manager"
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Fluent German, good English skills
