Responsibilities
Grow stoma and wound care market share in your territory through achieving the desired call rate (usually 6 – 10 per day)
Plan and implement territory strategies and activities within agreed company wound and stoma care strategies, budgets and timelines
Present at customer and company meetings, forums and other areas as required to drive wound and stoma care sales
Gather competitive and market trend information, feeding back to your line manager on a regular basis
Utilise CRM fully to optimally manage your territory
Maintain product knowledge through attending relevant training (self-development and CPD)
Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business
Requirements
Minimum 3 years sales experience in the medical field
Familiarity with private and state hospital buying patterns
Knowledge of competitor product lines and latest medical issues and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
