Responsibilities
- Work together with key players in the European energy market
- Plan, realize and manage projects in the areas of energy trading, risk management, sales trading, cloud hosting, etc.
- Analyze business and IT processes, identify requirements and design trading solutions
- Improve how customers use our solutions and optimize each customer’s individual setup
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction – you will be the main point of contact for our customers
- Contribute to product development in a changing and growing market
- Expand your knowledge of energy trading and trading technologies
- Support our sales team with your expertise
Requirements
- Valid work permit
- Degree in (business) informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business administration, or a comparable field/training
- Strong practical experience in project management, requirements engineering, business analysis, and the design/specification of trading solutions
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong teamwork ability, and an independent, highly precise working style
- A strong passion for IT; knowledge of hosting, cloud, infrastructure, SQL, databases, XML, or development skills is a plus
- Ideally, prior experience in energy/commodity trading and customer acquisition/onboarding
- Excellent English skills (CEFR level C1)
- German language skills are a plus
