Technical Product Expert in Service Team for PVT-systems supporting partners and services remotely. Requires expertise in hydraulics, heating technology, and photovoltaics with a focus on collaboration.
Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day technical product expert for our partner management and service team
Review, assess and, if necessary, supplement technical plans from partner companies
Support new installation partners with hydraulic schematics and drawings
Work closely with the field service team
Evaluate the implementation of new installations and identify required follow-up or corrective actions
Provide remote support in service cases for troubleshooting and fault resolution
Communicate inquiries about new features or problems within the team
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree (Bachelor/Master or equivalent) in building services engineering, supply engineering, energy engineering or electrical engineering, or a technician qualification in these fields
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in technical service, technical internal support, system planning, product management or a comparable role
Solid foundational knowledge of hydraulics, heating technology and photovoltaic systems
Confident use of digital tools, with prior experience in planning and drawing/CAD software
Quick comprehension and strong ability to learn
Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
Enjoy working with innovative technology and in a scale-up culture
Based within commuting distance of our Cologne office
Willingness to travel regularly to Amsterdam (1–2 times per month) is desirable
Business-fluent German and good English skills
