About the role

  • Order Management Administrator responsible for generating Sales Orders and purchase orders at Canon's Business Services Centre. Handling CRM management and administrative tasks related to sales support.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating accurate Sales Orders & Purchase Orders matching customer requests on various distributors and vendors
  • Responsible for CRM Management on sales opportunities < 2K
  • Responsible for maintaining backorder report and ETAs
  • Responsible to ensure all renewals artefacts are saved and populated into IT Quoter Renewals, Salesforce and respective shared repository
  • Prompt registration of support contracts and licenses
  • Responsible for validating and closing sales opportunities
  • Responsible for receiving supplier’s invoice
  • Generating requisition request as required and other administrative tasks related to Sales Support
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new staff members as required
  • Attend product training as required

Requirements

  • Relevant Tertiary education
  • MSP or System Integrator background
  • Understanding of IT products and sales life cycle
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels
  • Reliable, confident, uses initiative and takes ownership
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and customer relation skills
  • Sound business & sales acumen
