Responsibilities
Administer and manage project contracts throughout their lifecycle
Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial and legal requirements
Manage contractual notices, formal correspondence, and contractual deadlines
Support management of changes, claims and contractual impacts
Collaborate closely with construction, engineering, procurement and finance teams
Identify, analyze and mitigate project contractual risks
Ensure contractual compliance of subcontractors and suppliers
Produce required contractual reports for project management
Requirements
University degree in law, administration, engineering or a related field
Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in contract administration on major infrastructure projects
Significant experience on heavy civil construction projects (transportation, civil, public infrastructure)
Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and contract models (EPC, EPCM, design–build, etc.)
Strong contract analysis and risk management skills
Ability to operate in a complex, multidisciplinary and high‑visibility environment
Rigour, strong organizational skills, autonomy and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
