Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable role.
In-depth expertise in labor law and social insurance matters.
Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
Ideally, experience with Loga and SuccessFactors.
A person with strong interpersonal skills, good communication and a structured working style.
