About the role

  • Payroll Specialist managing the administration and payment of pension plans for cooperative members in Germany. Handling inquiries, data transfers, and process optimizations with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Calculation and payment of company pensions and lump-sum capitalization claims
  • Handling telephone and written inquiries
  • Data transfers with tax authorities and health insurance funds
  • Optimizing workflows and business processes
  • Integration of new client mandates

Requirements

  • Degree from a university or university of applied sciences, or completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally professional experience in payroll, wage or pension accounting
  • Enjoy optimizing workflows and processes
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Proficient in MS Office
