About the role
- Payroll Specialist responsible for monthly payroll and client consultations at Vantoya AG. Working collaboratively in a hybrid environment to advance payroll solutions and client services.
Responsibilities
- You independently and punctually prepare monthly payroll and salary statements for our clients.
- As the central point of contact, you answer questions related to payroll accounting.
- Coordinate communication with relevant parties such as authorities, health insurers, and social security institutions.
- In close coordination with your colleagues, you support their work regarding payroll-relevant data for our clients.
- Drive the strategic development of the Payroll/Payroll Accounting area in collaboration with management.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training in tax consulting, human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Further qualification as a Payroll Specialist (Fachassistent/-in Lohn und Gehalt)
- Professional experience in payroll accounting
- Confident demeanor when dealing with clients
- Service-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent knowledge of payroll and social security law
- Experience working with DATEV (Lohn und Gehalt or LODAS)
- Ability to adapt to new situations
