Responsibilities
Configure and launch the Annual Merit and Bonus process using Advanced Compensation grids
Design complex accrual calculations and time entry validations
Partner with the Payroll Manager to configure new Earnings/Deductions codes and tax mappings
Troubleshoot and resolve "red" errors during the payroll calculation window
Manually correct stuck time sheets or "submitted but not approved" time cards
Perform complex rescinds or manual corrections for HR events
Prepare and load operational EIBs for various payments
Assist with year-end auditing, balancing validation, and printing of tax documents
Requirements
Workday Pro/Implementer in Payroll or HCM
3-5+ years in HRIS Operations
High comfort level with "high stakes" data (money/banking/SSNs)
