  • Serviceadministration role at WAGNER, market leader in coating technology. Managing customer service, processes, and communication for high customer satisfaction in Markdorf.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial handling of all service activities, including billing for customer service visits, maintenance and inspections
  • Point of contact for customers for commercial/administrative questions
  • Ensuring availability of materials and spare parts for service assignments
  • Managing the flow of goods to customers and coordinating urgent material shipments
  • Close collaboration with internal interfaces and participation in projects to optimize commercial processes and further develop digital tools

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk) or an equivalent qualification
  • Good technical understanding and confident user of SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Ideally, experience in the after-sales area
  • Confident command of German and English, both written and spoken
