About the role

  • Principal Account Executive responsible for client relationship management and revenue generation in healthcare staffing. Utilizing consultative sales strategies to grow business and serve client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow strategic client relationships.
  • Identify potential partner targets to generate new revenue opportunities and service lines.
  • Serve as the end-to-end subject matter expert on the service lines across all accounts.
  • Manage pipeline to ensure sufficient resources are appointed as volume grows.
  • Drive volume growth and achieve performance targets through demand generation and execution of placements.
  • Conduct outbound sales activity and visit clients.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with Third Party entities.
  • Expand market share for AMN service offerings.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience
  • Experience in healthcare staffing or sales
