Support our HR Business Partners with operational and strategic tasks – from performance management and training materials to analyzing and preparing HR data.
Maintain our HR pages on the intranet and assist with building a new internal communication platform.
Create reports and analyses for ongoing processes and projects.
Contribute independently to exciting projects as part of our HR transformation and actively help shape the future of HR.
Requirements
You are studying a relevant subject (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Law) and ideally have some practical experience.
You are empathetic, structured, reliable, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
Communication is one of your strengths – also in an international environment.
You handle confidential data with care and discretion.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Confident user of MS Office; initial experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
