About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications, resolve issues, team errors, and escalations within deadlines
  • Interact daily with clients via phone, chat and email to resolve HR-related issues
  • Support implementation and improvement of operational processes, including process mapping and documentation, data analysis, and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, tools and methodologies for operational excellence in HR, aiming for greater efficiency, quality and performance
  • Contribute to routine team activities such as recruitment, process improvement and service standardization

Requirements

  • Experience leading teams responsible for the employee lifecycle (talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, helpdesk and compensation)
  • Knowledge of HR technologies (CRM and ATS)
  • Strong team management, productivity and time-management skills, with attention to detail and strong analytical ability
  • More than 7 years' experience in the full employee lifecycle (personnel/HR operations)
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Advanced written and verbal communication proficiency
  • Advanced English
  • Spanish is a plus
