About the role

  • Business Development Representative driving business growth for Netigate in France through outbound prospecting and building a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a strong new-business pipeline in the French market through proactive outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, events).
  • Leverage your french network to identify, target, and engage high-potential accounts.
  • Create first engagement with C-level, director-level, and operational stakeholders across marketing, digital, product, and CX/UX teams.
  • Run effective discovery to understand needs, qualify opportunities, and hand over high-quality sales-ready leads.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to shape territory plans, refine messaging, and improve targeting.
  • Maintain strong visibility on LinkedIn to nurture relationships, grow your network, and strengthen our brand presence.
  • Manage your pipeline with discipline - ensuring accurate CRM data, activity tracking, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Native French speaker; fluent in English.
  • Strong understanding and network of the French SaaS, digital, and agency ecosystem.
  • A true hunter with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and building new business from scratch.
  • Confident in accessing key decision-makers and navigating complex organizations.
  • Skilled in multichannel outbound outreach: strong phone presence, compelling email writing, and strategic LinkedIn use.
  • Excellent at discovery conversations - able to uncover pain points, assess fit, and shape value propositions.
  • Strong social-selling approach: you build trust, activate networks, and use digital channels effectively.
  • Comfortable discussing CX, UX, and analytics concepts and translating them into clear value for prospects.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and disciplined in territory and pipeline management.
