About the role

  • Responsable de l’approvisionnement en matières premières pour sites industriels à Paris. Gestion des flux logistiques, comptabilisation des mouvements et coordination des transports.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the procurement and supply of raw materials for industrial sites
  • Collect resource forecasts
  • Collect and consolidate demand/usage forecasts from industrial sites
  • Perform daily matching of demand and resources
  • Participate in the final consolidation of demand and resources
  • Manage schedule and program changes
  • Coordinate collection/pick-up flows
  • Organize and coordinate inter-site transport flows
  • Ensure optimization of logistics costs
  • Record and track movements of raw materials
  • Create and update orders in the system
  • Be responsible for allocating flows according to specifications

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in agronomy, transportation and/or logistics
  • Proven experience in operational planning and/or transport operations
  • Experience in the dairy or food industry, including internships or apprenticeships
  • Proficient with computer tools and IT systems
  • Attention to detail, organized, with strong analytical and summarizing skills
  • Hands-on operational mindset and ability to respond quickly
  • Proactive and service-oriented
