About the role

  • Director of Workplace Operations at Campus overseeing the strategy and execution of multi-site office management in New York City. Ensuring exceptional employee experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all Campus locations
  • Supervise on-site teams and drive vendor negotiations
  • Manage operating budgets and create operational systems
  • Develop and oversee IT and workplace infrastructure standards
  • Design scalable systems for facilities management
  • Oversee hospitality, food programs, and daily operations
  • Run financial operations and build/manage budgets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Ops, and Leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing multi-site offices across the U.S. and an employee base of 300+
  • Exceptional operational rigor
  • Assertive, polished, and persuasive
  • Clear and confident communication
  • Deep experience with vendor management and workplace systems
  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, solutions-oriented
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 times per month
