Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all Campus locations
- Supervise on-site teams and drive vendor negotiations
- Manage operating budgets and create operational systems
- Develop and oversee IT and workplace infrastructure standards
- Design scalable systems for facilities management
- Oversee hospitality, food programs, and daily operations
- Run financial operations and build/manage budgets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Ops, and Leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years managing multi-site offices across the U.S. and an employee base of 300+
