About the role
- Assistant in Operations and Performance at Nidos overseeing night execution and management of logistics. Responsible for real-time monitoring and reporting KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Execution Management (Night Last-Mile): Real-time monitoring of drivers and routes. Ensure SLA compliance during critical time windows.
- Evidence Control (Billing): Ensure 100% of deliveries have digital proof (photos/delivery receipts). No evidence, no billing.
- Incident Audit: Validate returns and re-deliveries. Identify failures to ensure correct cost pass-through to the client.
- Agile Driver Support: Direct support via WhatsApp/DMS to resolve route and address issues.
- KPI Maintenance: Keep systems (WMS/TMS) and performance spreadsheets updated with meticulous accuracy.
Requirements
- Intermediate Excel: Essential for cross-referencing freight data and producing end-of-shift reports.
- Autonomy: Ability to make quick decisions without constant direct supervision.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- Communication: Clear reporting of shift incidents to the incoming day team.
