Responsibilities
Work with BU leadership to shape and execute strategic priorities, including growth planning, operational improvement, and market expansion
Lead strategic analyses and synthesize findings into clear insights and action plans
Build executive-level PowerPoint presentations that communicate strategic narratives with clarity and impact
Develop dashboards and performance scorecards to track strategic initiatives and business KPIs
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and communications teams to ensure strategic alignment in external messaging, campaigns, and content
Support marketing-led initiatives such as value proposition refinement, thought leadership, and sales enablement tools
Participate in annual planning, competitive benchmarking, and investment prioritization
Help prepare materials for leadership reviews, board presentations, and client-facing engagements
Requirements
12-15 years of professional experience, including 4–5 years in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, EY-Parthenon)
Demonstrated ability to create C-suite-level strategic presentations and visual storytelling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excel proficiency required; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
Experience working cross-functionally, with a track record of collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams
Ability to understand and contribute to messaging, positioning, and thought leadership content from a strategic lens
Exposure to digital services, analytics, or outsourcing industries is an advantage
MBA from a top business school is a plus, but not must.
